If you have purchased a new home in Nova Scotia in the last 24 months and you have not owned a home in Nova Scotia in the last 5 years you may be entitled to a rebate of up to $3,000. The Home Buyer’s Rebate program only applies to newly constructed homes and does not include renovations or conversions from rentals to condominiums.
