New Home Energy Efficiency Rebate – up to $20,000
If you are planning on building a new highly efficient, high-performance electric home you may be entitled to a rebate of up to $20,000. In order to qualify the new home must meet the minimum BC Energy guidelines and use electric space and water heating systems or use an electric heat pump for space heating or water heating.
