British Columbia Homeowner Grant up to $1,000
If your home is valued at $2,000,000 or less, you are entitled to a Grant of up to $1,000 on an annual basis. In order to qualify for the Homeowner Grant, you must meet the following criteria:
- have paid at least $350 on your property taxes for the year
- be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- live in British Columbia
- occupy the property as your Principal Residence
